Hi, I'm planning on losing around 2 stone. Around a year ago I was 8 stone 6, the pounds have slowly crept on & I'm now around 10 stone 2. Now for my height 5"6 this isn't bad, but I want to be how I used to be! So this lady is my inspiration, she has an amazing figure.
My diet starts tomorrow & I'll be back at the gym as soon as my assignments in on Wednesday!
